Who are you?
We're a small company based out of Sydney, Australia looking to help bring some brilliant products to the local market from around the world. With so much negativity being generated around us every day, we want to try and highlight the beauty of Islam through approachable means. We don't expect to change the world, but if we can bring a smile to an Australian child's face we're doing alright!

Where do you ship?
At the moment we only ship to mainland Australia and Tasmania

How much is shipping?
We started this shop to help Australian's access global Islamic products without astronomical shipping costs. For that reason, we endeavour to keep shipping costs low. Most of our products have a flat $10 per order Australia-wide. If you spend more than $150, you'll receive free shipping!

What if there is a problem once I received my goods?
It would upset us greatly if you didn't get what you thought you were getting, or it was faulty in some way. Please contact us on and we'll help you out. Please see Returns for details and conditions

Your product is out of stock - what can I do?
While we try and keep as much stock as we can hold, there will be times when certain products are unavailable (particularly new releases). We'll try and let you know when more stock will be available, but do reach out to us on if there is something you really want! We encourage you to sign-up for our newsletter as we'll let you know when new products (and new stock) are arriving!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal - covering both debit and credit cards

Is my payment details safe?
Our online store is underpinned by Shopify's highly secure platform. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and this compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify - including The Eid Shop!

How come you don't have regular sales?
Businesses who do periodic sales, make up their revenue through higher prices during the rest of the year. We don't want to do that. We avoid store-wide sales, so we can provide low prices all year round.

I have a product I'd like to sell, and you haven't responded to my email?
Unfortunately we're a small business and cannot maintain a very large catalogue. We also have limited staff who focus on customer enquiries first, and as such can't always respond to entrepreneurs. If we're on the look out, we'll definitely reach out!
